Using Tumby
Tumby is a guidance and encouragement tool for parents and caregivers helping children try new foods. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Not medical advice
Tumby offers general information and encouragement based on common feeding approaches. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from your pediatrician or a qualified health professional. Always seek professional advice regarding your child's nutrition, allergies, feeding difficulties, or any medical condition. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.
Your responsibilities
- Use Tumby in a way that is safe and appropriate for your child.
- Supervise your child at all mealtimes.
- Consult your pediatrician before introducing allergens or making dietary changes.
- Provide accurate information to get the most helpful guidance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Accounts and data
You can manage your information and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your associated data. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Tumby, its content, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
Tumby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any outcomes related to your child's eating. You use Tumby at your own discretion and responsibility.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
